| Introduction | Richard Baker (aka Colonel Possum) lives in gold country. As the crow flies, the Barrick Gold Ruby Hill Mine is less than a mile from his back porch in the small town of Eureka, Nevada. Some of the largest North American gold mines are in the northern portion of Eureka County and nearby Elko, Lander and White Pine Counties. Mr. Baker has been active in the equity and commodity markets as a personal investor since 2001. He performs metals and market analysis under the name CP Analytics. Mr. Baker's tools and models are derived from a 31-year career as a control systems engineer and manager for military weapon systems. His nickname out west is "Colonel Possum." |
