| Introduction | "My Hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and Righteousness." My husband, sister and I have rescued several OTTBs straight from a racetrack and we enjoy helping these horses transition from being a competitive athlete to being "normal" everyday horses. We learn new things about these wonderful, giving animals daily as we go about their re-training. Most of all, I have learned that they are some of the most amazing horses I have ever worked with and ridden, and they amaze me continually. They come with their challenges and issues but the rewards are so much greater then the bumps in the road. I am documenting our OTTBs journey on this blog. |
