| Introduction | Al Lockett is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Psychology. He has a Masters in Education in Instructional Technology and currently completing a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and Cognitive developement. He is the founder and President of Learning4Today, an educational services company that provides diagnostic assessments to the PreK to 12th grade market. In addition L4T is a state approved Supplemental Educational Services provider in Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. This company segment provides after-school tutoring to struggling students in schools that are in "School Improvement" as part of No Child Left Behind. His innovative approach utilizes computer technology and small group instruction. He is also the founder and Executive Director of QAP (Quality After-School Programs)and has currently received a grant to direct two 21st Century Community Learning Centers in the rural Arkansas communities of Lake Village and Eudora Arkansas. Al is a talented musician and Electronic Music Artisan who currently performs on the WX-11 Wind Controller. He has 2 sons Brad a graduate of the Univ. Of Md. and Matt who is completing his undergrad in Oklahoma. |
