Introduction	I'm just a 45 year old Texas Gal who likes to do fun things like rolling down sanddunes (with your mouth closed of course) and spitting off of bridges (you have to open your mouth on this one). I have a 12 year old hormonal daughter (know as her highness)and a really dumb dog. I am one of those rare irritating people that truly love their jobs - the money is great too! I've lived in Texas almost all of my life. Two words describe Texas - BIG and HOT. I put a lot of thought into picking a blog name (which is saying alot since I am a blonde) and came up with Rambling Daisy. Rambling because at 45 and after spending over 20 years in the field of education, I feel I've earned the right to ramble on as much as I so desire! Daisy because they are really tough flowers - anything that can stand up to Texas heat and still look beautiful has got to be classy. Thanks for visiting my blog.
