Occupation Chief Arborist
Location Dallas, Texas, United States
Introduction I am a resident of Grand Prairie, Texas, but have long cared for my second home and workplace of Oak Cliff in Dallas. I have been an arborist in Dallas for almost 19 years and have been the chief arborist since 2007. I am a promoter of the land ethic and proponent for an urban forest master plan to help property owners to maintain their part of our green infrastructure community. I thoroughly enjoy rooting around my personal tree with genealogy. I have expanded my research with DNA and ran into many brick walls. But I just consider it a greater challenge to enjoy as I continue getting older.
Interests Trees, forestry, hiking, shelties, city planning and ordinance, genealogy, writing.
Favorite Movies Raiders of the Lost Ark, Casablanca, Lonesome Dove, Singin' In the Rain and many others on TCM.
Favorite Music At this point in my life, I'm enjoying Ambient Radio on Pandora.
