Introduction	A small town Florida girl, born and raised, I come from Arkansan farmer and Norwiegen craftspeople stock. I just moved to Hot Springs, from Oahu Hawaii, where I worked at a raw vegan kitchen called Licious Dishes. I love co-opts, planned communities, and community supported agriculture. As a graduate of Aloha Institute of Massage and Healing Arts, I learned a lot about Chinese Medicine and Macrobiotic cuisine. I have also studied Ayervedic principles, fasting, cleansing, and food as medicine. My hobbies are Photography, Gardening, and Blog Writing.
