Introduction I grew up in a small whiskey town on the Ohio River, attended Indiana University, and worked jobs from cabbie to deli boy, janitor, proofreader, cook, buyer, web developer, and public computer babysitter. I’ve lived in southern Indiana for most of my life with two years given to New York City. I’ve been writing seriously since high school, published The College of Beer; did not publish Gunrunning to Mars; write profiles, fiction, and historic tidbits for Our Brown County and IntoArt magazines; and blog short fiction at Scurvy Waters. For fun I'm cohost, with Professor Raymond DuBose, of The Dark End of the Street from 2–4pm ET on the Internet at Community Radio WFHB.
