| Introduction | I'm Irish...but I always wanted to be Italian. I love everything Italian. So my husband (the Italian) said I'm virtually Italian because of my cooking. In his words - I am what I make. This blog will document my cooking because my friends always ask for my recipes. It won't be ONLY Italian, but there will be plenty of Italian to be had here!
So, join me on my culinary adventures! I'm not a pro, I'm too picky of an eater for that, but I'm creative and everyone tells me I should open a restaurant.
