| Introduction | I am a mother of 4, all 4 keep me on my toes. I have been a daycare mom to many till recently when due to my own children's needs I have taken a haitus. Myself and 2 of my children are Celiac Disease/Gluten Intolerant, with the youngest child also being allergic to Dairy, Eggs and Peanuts. We've also added Feingold Diet to our list of food needs. It's opened up a WHOLE new adventure in cooking. |
