| Introduction | Career: I have had many exciting careers that have included working as Director and Liaison for Crime Stoppers and the Texas Governors Office. I’ve had the privilege of meeting some prestigious people and have even sung the National Anthem for the Texas Governor and other organizations. I will have to admit that out of everything accomplished thru the years, the 4 years serving as Music Director in Austin Texas, was the most blessed. I’m a song writer, singer, poet, writer of short stories and have even published some magazine articles. Trained singer and as a young girl, traveled around the US singing with music groups. At present time, I’m working toward future mission work and/or/as worship leader. Starting an online church is part of this calling. Biblical Aficionado Sage! I pray for healing hands!!! |
| Interests | God is number one in my life and have always tried to live according to His will. (Psalm 62) That is all that matters. I know I'm not perfect and though I've always attempt to live the right way, I’ve made mistakes along the way. I have found an amazing fervor for God’s Word! I’ve discovered that few people really know how to study the bible. I have asked God to guide me as a teacher..... through the spirits knowledge, wisdom and guidance.... I’m as human as they come...there are days when I'm strong and others when I'm weak. I can get really sad and cry...and other days, when I feel completely happy. I'm an honest soul and don't like to hide the truth. I do not seek fame! There is a burning desire within the depths of my soul to reach people.....to give them what I have found. Because of the grace of God, I’ve been delivered!!!......I was born with a dream and the power of creativity! It has given my life purpose, meaning and defines who I am.......It's God's gift.......the words.......the music........the art............. freedom for me comes from true communion with God! I am not ashamed of the gospel! It is my prayers that if you choose to join me on this journey of exploring the bible, I pray that you find who you are in God!!! Peace, Lisa |
| Favorite movies | I would like to share that I love to watch movies with my family!!! Married to Mark Maynard, left dell after 20 years and teaches High School Geometry and pre-cal. He is an amazing drummer! My son Spencer attends ACC and plans to become a Christian Counselor! He plays with youth band at church |
