Introduction	After spending a couple of glorious years working for two of the finest human beings ever making healthy lunches for school kids, I realized that I spend a whole lot of time in my own kitchen. Making snacks, making breakfast, making snacks, making lunch, making snacks, making dinner, making snacks, making cookies. Actually, now that I think about it, everything I make is basically a snack sized version of what others call a meal. What the heck - let's talk snack time.
