| Introduction | Oyisa George is a journalism student at CPUT who is still finding her way into the journalism world. I was born and bred in Port Elizabeth I attended my primary and high school there. Oyisa discovered her love of reading and writing by helping her younger siblings with their homework. Oyisa means to conquer meaning I am here on a mission. I aim to give knowledge to my audience and remove them from the darkness. I want to be the voice of the people who are not able to speak up for themselves. I was raised by a teacher so reading and writing have always been with me. I love things that would keep my mind busy such as watching or reading books that would make me curious so that I could find the solutions by myself. |
