Specializing in vegan and raw foods, Samaa works with new moms (both pre and postnatal care), caters intimate events, and hosts bi-monthly cooking and food prep classes both virtually and in person. She is also a meticulous kitchen makeover consultant and creates a functional kitchen laboratory for optimal daily use. When she is not occupying the food front, she is exploring the movement arena. An advocate for movement as medicine, she facilitates Movement Meditation workshops with women seeking to align themselves with loving intention. Movement Meditation combines movement, sound, breath, colors, and scents to bring one’s focus to their center aligning mind, body and spirit. Seeking to combine both her passions, she founded Global Food and Dance –an artist lounge that features cultural food and dance of a particular region. |
