| Introduction | The Harmony Residents Group is a non-profit organization based in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. We are concerned about Project Niagara, a music festival proposed for Parks Canada property in our town. We are worried about the impacts it may have on the environment and on our quality of life.
