Introduction	I am an avid lover of nature and when it comes to growing of plants, lady-slipper orchids are my favorite. I discovered my interests for slipper orchid when I was a young child in Penang, Malaysia. I vividly recall that my first pot of paphiopedilum (commonly abbreviated as Paph) was bought from a small shop tucked at the foot of Penang Hill. The shop has since ceased operation and later I had to give away my plants due to my relocation but that did not impede my passion in the growing of paphs for their strikingly colorful flowers in these last many years.
