Introduction	New Horizons Family Community Centers, Inc is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of creating awareness of the disadvantages of families. Our goal is to provide the youth and their families of Holyoke, MA the opportunity to succeed while allowing them to maintain integrity as well as their culture diversity. Our Mission is to participate in impacting the youth. We will do this by providing essential support and resources for at risk youth. These resources may be social, economical, physical, psychological, or spiritual. NHFCC acknowledges the understanding of the importance of providing the services or treatments to the family as a whole with the understanding that each person in the family is an individual with different needs.
