| Introduction | My cooking style is rather eclectic. I'm not a big fan of measuring, or following recipes, for that matter. That's why it took me a while to become a better baker. I specialize in homey comfort food, whether Italian, traditional American or Thai. I gravitate toward less rigid cuisine that allows me freedom to add my personal touches. I like to add a few Asian ingredients to western dishes to reflect my background. |
