Introduction	My intention as a teacher is to cultivate joy. Joy to be moving, joy to be discovering, joy to play, and joy to listen. I am so deeply grateful for this beautiful practice and for all my teachers along the way: Behnje Masson, Rick Powell, Jana Kilgore, Jamie Turner Allison & Justin Allison, Betsy Downing & Desiree Rumbaugh not to mention the many beautiful friends & family who've been my teachers all along....I'd also like to acknowledge and offer my gratitude to John Friend. Although I haven't met him yet his beautiful offering of Anusara yoga has brought great joy to my life through his students & my teachers....
