Introduction	Welcome to Beck Grove in sunny Southern California. Follow me through my Biodynamic and organic grove and embrace the increasingly popular exotic fruits of kumquats, blood oranges, kaffir limes, and persimmons. My goal is to generate excitement for these remarkable fruits, as well as inspire you to experience the distinctive character they can bring to a recipe. On the grove we also grow other well known fruits and herbs such as Meyer lemons, Satsuma tangerines, Persian limes, bay leaves, lemon grass, rosemary, and kaffir leaves. From Nature's incredible bounty we reap the pleasures of the palate that are enhanced by the subtle and refreshing flavors these fruits impart to numerous cuisines.
