Introduction	I am the Vice President of Marketing and Channels for IBM Lotus Software. Basically this means I have the worst job in the world. I'm head of marketing for a division expressly forbidden from marketing. The reason it says "and Channels" in my title is because my real mission is to beg our business partners to do our marketing for us. It is a miserable and thankless job. As one might imagine, this is my story.
