Introduction	Hi, I'm an emergency Room Nurse in a busy california hospital. I'm a good nurse, WHY? Because i'm safe, and I know when I don't know. I truly care about 'sick' people. I care about people who 'think' they have an emergency but do not have a knowledge base to know the difference. I, on the other hand do not give 2 shits for people who are mean, rude, entitled, stupid (different than ignorant), etc.
