Introduction	What's up with the blog name? It's not "Quiz," or "Cheez Whiz," although it certainly looks like it (and that can be a mighty fine snack late at night... but I digress). It's OUIZ. Like Weez, but with a French flair added for fun. It was my nickname in college, and it stuck. Of course, no one calls me that now IRL, but it's a fun blog name, don't ya think?
