Introduction	A dream of mine came true June of 2011. I was hired as a third grade teacher at my old primary school! The year was long and hard, at times thinking I would never survive and thinking my dream had been dashed. However, I have been asked back at the same school and will be teaching 2nd grade for the 2012-2013 school year. Another dream of mine is to be an English/Reading teacher... and an author. I want to write a book one day. I am single and the mother of a 7 year old chihuahua. I am also a born again believer of Jesus Christ and a Southern Baptist. I have a 4 year old nephew who is also the other love of my life. I'm a 3rd generation Floridian. While I absolutely loath the summers, I love Florida the other 3/4 of the year and can't imagine living elsewhere, although I do 'dream' of living in many different places - the mountains, the beach, California, Europe. I doubt I'll ever leave Florida though.
