| Introduction | Just another pre-med student who isn't so sure about the route she's taking anymore. Although the ultimate goal is still medical school, working towards a B.S. in Biology is bringing her much anxiety and heartache. She went in as a Philosophy major but made the switch to the traditional route for "practical reasons". Sacrificing her mental health doesn't sound so practical now, does it ? She is currently at the crossroads of sticking with this path she feels she was pressured into or working towards medical school her own way as a French/Linguistics major. Everyone is unsupportive and thinks she is crazy for wanting to make the switch (back to a humanities major) but she'd rather be crazy and happy than crazy and anxious. |
