| Introduction | I think. In trying to come up with how to summarize myself, that's the best I can do. I don't self identify primarily for my current profession (enterprise architecture), my current employer (EngagePoint or as small business owner of Brophey Consulting), or my college (RPI). I do identify with having a great wife, but that's something that makes me happy, not what defines me. I am not a parent, so no definition there, and I wouldn't say primarily "I'm a husband to my lovely wife" (though I am and she is). I enjoy hanging out with my friends and gabbing. Preferably about things that matter -- things that make you think. I enjoy movies that make you think. I listen more to the news station of public radio than I do to music (though I love music too for its own reasons). When I read, I prefer to read things that give you something to think about. So in a nutshell, "I think". |
