| Introduction | My name is Tom, but most people call me Bob! I also go by the names: Bobby Whites, Naked Tom, Nige, Tommy and Timmmmmy. I grew up in the mighty Market Drayton (Shropshire), surviving as best I could and dealing with the regular chav attacks and mutant inbreeding that is part of daily life in small town england. When I eventually escaped some years later I found (to my surprise) that I was studying Rocket Science at Leicester University! After 3 great years there I then made the ill advised decision to do a 4th year in Manchester at Salford Uni doing an MSc in Audio Acoustics (the science of sound). I now, surprisingly enough, have a job down in Suffolk working as a Acoustic Consultant which basically entails designing sound proofing for building and renovations, but now and again I may get to design recording studios and maybe if I am really good they might let me near a concert hall! |
