Introduction	In my life I've been lucky to be able to follow my passions, which have included dance, choreography, dance criticism, horses, and raising two wonderful sons. I dug more deeply into fiction writing after my first husband's suicide in 1997 as a way of finding meaning in his horrific act. My women's fiction and memoir are now represented by Katie Shea at the Donald Maass Literary Agency. I love helping others in their writing pursuits as a developmental editor, and host writing retreats for women at my summer home in northern New York.
