Introduction	Perpetual Health Pty Ltd was founded by Dr Vin Tran and a Community Pharmacist Ms Uyen Dinh in Australia to provide Primary Healthcare and Health Education. We have a passion to help people improve their lives through achieving good health, work life balance, happiness, growth and fulfilment. Dr Vin is also a Co-Director of a Multidisciplinary Family Medical Practice in Springfield, Qld Australia. The practice promotes active collaboration amongst its Doctors, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other Allied Health Professionals in order to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for its patients.
