| Introduction | Originally from New York, The Bronx in particular, Sheila is an Irish American tomboy in her mid-forties. She deals with many of the same concerns other women do; not weighing the same as she did in her 20s, mentally (battling) negotiating with her teen & adult children, career paths… if any, and what will she be when she grows up… oops, if she grows up. Sheila would love to be a writer, an entrepreneur, a talk show host, a comedian, a lawyer, a human rights advocate, a nurse, a teacher (yes, all of these things) and somehow pay off her mortgage and cover the kids’ college costs. Being physically fit, healthy, and happy are her biggest goals. Secretly she desires to be artistically talented, in particular sewing, and painting…. don’t laugh!!!!!!
