| Introduction | We are lead to believe the world or others in it are the problem. Truth is, it is Us. To be more specific, it is our lack of true knowledge of ourselves and all our subconscious programs that formed our opinions, emotions, beliefs, likes, dislikes and more. We cast blame & internalize as victims when it is really our own, inner self talk & "feelings" that have not only let us down but the world as it could be. This blog will help us learn how, by remaining stuck in our small paradigms, we cheat ourselves & others and more importantly, how to overcome societal, political & media propaganda that has lead to a fractured world. Heal your inner self, heal the world. Claim blame , shame and victimhood & we all fall down. Intuitive Art, my own brand of "Mindlessness Meditation", Self Exploration of the Subconscious, Breath Work & Light Movement will lead us down the path of conflict resolution, inner calm and the ability to create a much more harmonious world for all. |
