Introduction	I have struggled with my weight all my life. It took me years to understand that I had a challenging relationship with food and, more significantly, that I suffer from sugar addiction. I used to hide my challenges with food, I was deeply ashamed of my habits. Then I realized, I'm not alone and maybe I can help someone else feel less alone. Maybe I can even help someone make progress in their challenges. So I started talking about it. And now this blog. Please help me reach others who deal with this struggle, I guarantee they are in your life even if you don't know who.
