Occupation | Freelance Writer, Instructional Designer, and Customer Service Consultant |
Location | St. Louis, MO |
Introduction | I am a freelance writer living and working in the St Louis area. My clients have included companies like GMAC, Edward Jones, and AmerenUE. My work has appeared in Creative Training Techniques, St. Louis Suburban Journals, Every Day Fiction, and Creative Catechist. In addition to my writing, I am an avid gamer and have been playing boardgames since junior high school. I also enjoy Sci-Fi and am a fan of the British show Dr. Who (I watched it before it was cool). After spending decades in customer service, I realized that many companies were approaching the issue wrong--from the outside in. Instead, I believe customer service comes from inside out, which is why I developed the revolutionary approach, "The Zen of Customer Service." Watch this space for the release of my ebook and feel free to contact me for workshops, seminars, and other consulting services. |
