Introduction	I am a woman who is happy to be in my forties. I've traveled a good path through life that has taught me much. I love to share what I have discovered works (and what doesn't) via my work. I have a wonderful partner in life, David. We share many of the same interests, are in a similar line of work, and enjoy sharing the overlaps in our work. Balance is really important to me, thus I am always attentive to balancing work with play with health with my spiritual connection (which is very important to me) with spending time with friends and family. It's not always easy, but it's worth my attention.
