| Introduction | Angela is a Sophomore at the University of Rhode Island majoring in Anthropology and Writing. She has done a significant amount of traveling to countries such as Egypt, Belize, Guatamala, Ecuador, France, Italy, Greece, and Turkey. Her experiences abroad have given her a profound respect for cultural diversity. She feels that the best way to learn about a culture is by experiencing their cuisine. The daughter of two Johnson and Wales graduates, Angela has grown up in a household that stresses the importance of food and community. She hopes that this blog will foster a love of culture, and cuisine. :) |
