Introduction	My goal is to send the kids off to college with a hot plate, deep skillet, a toaster oven, a small pot, a baking dish or two and some healthy one-pot recipes so they can eat well in college. Right now, everyone in our house has a different eating style. I have one who is a lacto-pescatarian (fish and dairy only); two who won't eat beef; three that will eat chicken; and two that will eat pork and sausages. Needless to say we eat lot of vegetarian things, fish and chicken. Cooking dinner has become an adventure, but not a difficult one because everyone is fairly easy going and no one is fanatical over their eating styles. They let me smudge the lines for the sake of the sanity and less dishes!
