Introduction	A friend who has found great joy in blogging, suggested I give it a try. At first I was hesitant, but then I thought, why not. Even if no one ever reads a single post, it is a good exercise, nonetheless. I'm just a shy,backwards, middle-aged man looking back on his life. I'm not out to discuss politics and religion, nor am I trying to change the world. I'm just sharing some old memories while I can still call them up from the recesses of my mind. They may not be too exciting, but I hope a few people find some similar experiences in their own life. If something strikes home, let me know. If not, now you know a little more about me anyway.
