Introduction	A Graduate of the University of Southampton School of Physics and Astronomy, Rob spent a decade at IBM in a number of customer facing Service Delivery roles before moving on to work for a large Oil and Gas exploration company managing part of their End User IT Services. Following this, he worked for a well-known retailer looking after Outsourced Application Services and Service Delivery for the UK. Rob now works as Service Director for a social enterprise and founding B Corporation in the UK, providing IT Services to Third-Sector and SMEs.
