| Introduction | I am a young(ish) woman with a career who loves to cook and doesn't do diets, although I do occasionally do healthy cooking as sometimes it's too hot outside to put butter on everything! I hate food snobbery, but love a bit of kitchen wizardry. I think about food for 70% of my waking hours (except when I'm concentrating at work), and unlike a lot of people, enjoy unwinding over a hot stove at the end of the day - provided someone else does the washing up! |
