| Introduction | I am conducting research on the role of culture in enterprise leadership development. In addition, I hold a full time job in corporate strategy and have four years of experience. I completed a B.A. degree in Economics at Smith College, and a M.A. degree in International Affairs and Economics at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies(SAIS). I am originally from Eastern Europe, but have spent eleven years in the U.S. The role of culture in business environments is a topic I have always been interested in, and hope that my research will lead to some worthwhile insights. |
