| Introduction | Cooking should be fun and creative, not something that creates stress and confusion. My goal is to share with you some of the tricks and tips that I use and hopefully learn even more from you! I have been blessed with an amazingly supportive husband named Bryan with whom I share 4 incredible kids ranging in age from 18 to 4. During our years together, we've enjoyed wonderful times of 'plenty' and endured difficult periods of 'want'. It is through those days that I have come up with creative recipes and refined some time saving techniques to make tasty meals quickly and hopefully de-stress cooking for you.
