Introduction	Over the greater part of the last decade I've been meditating regularly - with its ups and downs, and have decided to created a blog to connect, learn and share with like minded folks. I'm not an enlightened being. I'm very human; have a mortgage and car payment, getting married in 2011 and work in the business world. While life stills presents challenges I prefer not to have presented, all-in-all life is pretty darn good.
