| Introduction | I love the Lord and live my life in Christ's teachings. I am a family gal, so everything I do is with my family in mind. I'm a stay at home Mom with a wonderful husband who works hard to provide for his family and loves the Lord. I have an 11 year old step son, Brandon, and my daughter, Tressie, was born Aug of 06...we hope to have another maybe in the next year or so. |
| Interests | I love to read and I dabble a little in writing. I love arts and crafts but rarely get the time to delve into that hobby. I used to play the guitar and do some singing, but that too has been put on the back burner. I recently found that I love to excercise and have taken a genuine interest in taking care of my body. I love to shop...probably too much for my own good. I love American Idol, video games, and movies. |
| Favorite movies | I love movies but a few of my favorites would have to be Elizabeth (my all time favorite!), Tristin and Isolde, Moll Flanders, Shakespeare in Love, Titanic, Apacolypto...and the list just really goes on. I can tell you that my fav. genre of movies would be epic/drama or historical though I do love a suspense thriller every once and a while. |
| Favorite music | I mainly listen to Christian but there is some mainstream music that I love as well. Kutless, Jeremy Camp, Lifehouse, Train, Matchbox Twenty, Half Past Forever, Jason Upton, The Frey, Mutemath, Building 429, Jason Mraz, Maroon 5, Jack Johnson, Counting Crows, Stroke 9, Nicole Nordeman, Michelle Branch, Switchfoot, Daughtry, Barlow Girl, and Third day....just to name a few of my top favorites. |
| Favorite books | I LOVE books... Of course my favorite is the Bible(and I strongly recommend the Dakes study Bible), but I do alot of other reading as well. Mostly spiritual books on scriptual teaching or relationships ect A few of my favorites: Look great, feel great by Joyce Meyer(all of Joyce Meyers books are great!) Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren (and he's got some other really great books like "God's answers to life's difficult questions" ect) The five love languages, His needs her needs, It's not about me, When the enemy strikes. I love the left behind series as well and I've been through LOTS of devotional books, parenting books...just too many books to name. |
