Introduction	BSc, MBA blah blah. It has taken me years to get over my education. I get my ideas from a range of sources but in the end nothing under the sun is new. I work as an Organisational Change consultant which is to say I sit with people who are brave enough to think for themselves and who are kind enough to have me along because they believe I can help them. In all honesty, I think I get the better end of the deal.... I wonder if I learn more from them than they do from me... still I keep getting invited back so I must be doing something right. I dont offer a 'here is my solution to your problem' a la Blue Peter (here's one I made earlier), but try to grasp complexities and make novel connections in ideas. Some stick, many don't.
