Introduction A retired history professor, Tom Miller is a novelist and essayist. His most recent novels, FRESHMAN SENSATION (2007), TWILIGHT RUN (2010), and GHOST RUN (2012) are available from the publisher at http://www.ccjournal.com/. He is a director of the Children's Literature Festival and writes the "Making Tracks" column for the Corn Belt Running Club News. A former Army officer and Vietnam veteran, he was an entertainment columnist for Military.com from 2004-2009. Besides writing, his passions are running and hiking. He ran the 440 and mile-relay in high school and has been a road runner for almost four decades, completing hundreds of races from 5000 meters to 50 miles. His 2015 race schedule includes the inaugural Hennepin Hundred (the 50-Mile option) in September and the Kettle 100 (the 50K option) in June.
