Introduction	Eating healthy,good tasting food is what I aim for, but who doesn't love chocolate, ice cream , and home made goodies? I sure do. I have been a vegetarian for about five years with two of those years devoted to being vegan. I still use almond milk and try to use as few animal by-products as possible, but my love for ice cream and cheese returned me to vegetarian status. I love to cook and bake and experiment with new foods and food combinations. I love recipes for ideas, but rarely follow them to the letter. With this blog I hope to combine my love of family, reading, and food into hopefully something a little informative and a little fun. I mean, what's life if you can't have a little fun along the way?
