| Introduction | I am an avid FOODIE and absolutely passionate about food! I have been told that I jump up and down (& clap!) when I get excited...about food. (I don’t even realize I do this!) I love to cook too!!! BUT…I only cook healthy stuff. When I started cooking four years ago, I vowed to only cook mainly healthy meals…just to eat healthier and because I was dating this uberly healthy man at the time (who I married 6 months ago ☺).
