| Introduction | I live in Little Rock, Arkansas with my wife of nearly 50 years, Karen. I was the Dean of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and an Inaugural Professor of Public Service at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. I am,an avid cyclist, a cancer survivor, and, most important, the father of four wonderful young men. I love to explore and cook dishes from the the variety of Italian cuisine in its 20 regions. |

| Favorite movies | I am not a movie buff (or much of a movie viewer at all). I suppose my favorite movie is 2001: A Space Odyssey. |
| Favorite music | All of it! My tastes run from classical (Bach to John Cage) and all varieties of popular music. I especially like Leonard Cohen, The Kinks, 90's alternative/grunge, Brandi Carlisle, Sister Rosetta Tharp, Blues Masters like Howlin' Wolf etc. |
