Introduction	Like most people with mental health disorders, I don't fit a stereotype. In my case, I possess 2 college degrees plus a third J.D. (law). Anxiety has been a constant all along, so I've learned to work with and around it, with varied degrees of success. Bipolar Disorder was newly diagnosed in May 2013, just one year after receiving news of adult ADD. This blog is an attempt to understand and communicate midlife with bipolar disorder, adult ADD, and anxiety - from the perspective of one personal experience.
