| Introduction | I am a self-proclaimed cheesecake connoisseur. Not in the culinary sense, but in the "taster of cheesecake" sense. I sample cheesecake pretty much anywhere it is on the menu. As a long-time Golden Girls watcher, I appreciate the late night cheesecake gatherings we witnessed on so many episodes. I totally get it! Cheesecake cures all ails. Life always hands us opportunities to enjoy the delectable treat. Hence my blog title. By the way, I am a Sophia. I'm a proud mom of 3 gorgeous sons and I have a wonderful husband! I value family. I love my friends...and boy do I have some great ones! I love my job. I love music. I love pink. I love baseball. I am very happy and I love to laugh. I typically position myself around positive people with a sense of humor. Insecure, negative, fake, jealous people have no place in my life. I try not to sweat the small stuff...it's a complete waste of energy. I loathe liars. I am fiercely loyal to my loved ones. I am spirited & courageous. I have an open heart & mind. Live and let live! I am blissful - I give nobody the power to change that. Life is what you make it! I live by 3 words . . . live.laugh.love |
| Interests | Obviously my children and husband. We do all sorts of things together and that makes my life complete. Outside of that - TV (I've always loved TV), swimming, cookouts with friends, fishing (although I'm no good at it), board games, Cardinals baseball, horse races. It's hard to narrow down everything I'm interested in. I like anything classified as a fun activity! |

| Favorite Books | I'm not a reader, but I did enjoy Jenny McCarthy's Belly Laughs, Baby Laughs, and Life Laughs. I am reading Shania Twain's autobiography now and thoroughly enjoying it! |
