Introduction	Hello My name is Jean, I am the mother of 3 beautiful daughters 3 wonderful son in laws and grandmother to 4 grandchildren. I live in a small town with my little dog maggie. I have been quilting for three years now and still think of myself as a beginner. My sister taught me how to quilt about 3 years ago, and continues to give me lessons via long distance over the phone lines or internet. I do believe she has created a monster. It is swiftly becoming a passion for me. I work as a paralegal in a small Law Office. I have been a paralegal for 13 years now and there are those days that I wonder what I was thinking. My days start at 9 in the morning and it seems like the day never ends, and then when I get home it seems to be more of a mad dash. I exercise two times a week, either biking, walking or at the gym working out. I have a very dear friend that keeps me motivated. My weekends are either full with grandchildren or housework. So it is a real treat (and a wonder) when I get a free weekend to haul out the viking and sit down to some serious sewing.
